Application for Service Connection

- Complete the form carefully and attach all supporting documents required for the connection category.
- Keep copies of every submitted document, including your CNIC, ownership papers, and any no-objection certificate if applicable.
- Submit the application through the relevant office or the process advised by SNGPL for your area.
Documents Required with the Application
